Add to rss feed link

Using an rss feed I am trying to add target="view" to the rss feed:link and I can't figure it out.

Something like this:
View... ({feed:link} target="view")and many derivatives of it doesn't seem to work.

Any suggestions - thanks!

I believe the "URL" only allows the URL= and no added parameters.
