how do i get a logo like this on my site

i want to add my own IE title logo does anone know how to do it i have added a pic so you know what i want

Upload your own favicon.ico.

you upload the favicon.ico to your forum directory folder, if you do a search for "favicon" in "all posts" "titles only" i'm sure there is a modification telling you how to make one IIRC :)
