Moderated Threads Show Like A Notice On Forumhome ((or something))

Modification is available somewhere on vB.org - I just cannot find it - but I'm sure I saw a similar thing months ago...

The modification will show to Admins and Moderators all new moderated threads on forumhome, possibly throughout the forum, in a notice-type box...

Can someone point me to that mod please? Or a similar functionality? I have searched and searched and alas the vB.org search mechanism is not liking me this morning.
