Here is my site - www.ps3onlineleagues.com

Me and a couple of friends had an idea of making a site based on PS3 online gaming (call of duty, fifa, tiger woods, etc), where members could compete in leagues and tournaments - eventually adding some sort of prices for the winners.

However at the moment we're just trying to build a bit more of a community before we focus on the leagues, so the site is still very much so in developement but we would appreciate anyones views on how they think we could improve it.

Thanks

Mark

Hi , so lets be honest here ...

it is VERY Standard , simple to the core , nothing unique to be honest , the Logo is chipped.. which really makes it look unprofessional ..

The style is not specific to your forums , at least thats what i would expect , you have a VERY VERY long way before making an impression on your users :) , but the idea is there so keep it up. so far , i dont have much to rate.

Thank you for your honest response, it does have a very long way to go. I'm trying to look at getting the logo sorted so that it is not chipped - becasue it does look very untidy...

I'm still learning a lot about vBulletin.

id recommend having the stats at the top when you actually get some activitiy for it to matter... i had it on my site but removed it because of such reasons

Nice simple layout. But, the theme color and the text color blend in together too much. If you are going to use a black background, dont use gray for the text.

Meta description is still default.

Site title is still default

my first feedback so far is to get rid of the "Click Here to Enter" page. I hate those pages, they're pointless

my second feedback is to allow guests to view threads. You dont have to give them unlimited access to your forums but at least allow them to view something. Without registereing, I can't see what your forum is about. IMO, that turns me away because I cant see how relevant your forum is so I'm not going to waste my time registering. Give "unregistered / not-logged on" users the ability to read some sections just so they can have a taste of what's to come

just me .02.

lose the enter here page

lose top stats mod, no one really cares about it

lose the empty forums, less forums until you get more members

not mad on the style.

Keep at it though.
