Profile Store?

is there a mod out there for users that make posts earn credits / cash from posting and with those credits / cash they can buy things from a little store on the site to add to their profile? if it hasnt been made im sure this would be nominated mod of the month if someone makes this, such things as purchasing backgrounds ect.. while disableing them from adding there own images.. they will need to purchase items from the store..

( not with real money just credits or cash on site.. from posting )
