My host told me about 3 days ago that someone on my VPS was abusing their memory and it was causing me to jump, but today I get an email saying I've also been using excessive amounts of memory. My server load is anywhere from 6.0 to 8.0 when it's suppose to be in the .XX region. It's retarded I have disabled all of my heavy mods, no shoutbox, and barely any members are on. Is my host lying to me to get me to upgrade or is something wrong? I haven't added any new modifications within the past week or two. Here's my debug info. Let me know if you need any other info as I need this problem solved.

What are the stats on your VPS that you've been allocated?

TheInsaneManiac

First option:
http://www.inmotionhosting.com/vps_hosting.html

I've never had this problem though. I've had these mods for months! I even disabled ALL plugins globally and my load is 2.92. Heres the debug info for that.

The "nobody" user has been popping up a lot lately. Load seems to be down now for some reason.

The imhxx process is intruiging me. Do you have any other processes running that you know of, such as a shoutcast server?

I have never heard of process imhxx before.

Thats my username for the server. I login with that. Only I blocked out the numbers used with x.

cPanel probably.

Consider upgrading to 512mb. 256mb isnt enough to even run apache, mysql and the cpanel stuff you do have.

cPanel still doesn't use that much RAM and CPU when opened 5 times :/

I shouldn't have to. Until a few days ago my site ran fine under .70 load, but now all of a sudden out of no where... It's in the 3.0 and 6.0s. Somethings not right. I have less members on than ever and yet somehow my load remains high.
