Hey, seen you on vbadvanced.

Firstly, make your forums visible to guests. That way people can read then join and also google will pick it up
Reduce the number of fourms you have until you get busy. Nothing as bad as empty forums.
Theme is ok
Welcome header is good, try using smaller pics and put the two pics beside each other and not one on top of the other.
