I am having a issue with the clear.gif file not showing up to IE or Safari users. It just shows a red x. But if you use firefox everything displays fine.

Im not sure what else to try. Any advise would be welcome.

Clear your cashe in firefox, close your brower and reopen it then navigate to your site. Does it still work?

yes it still works. I also tried firefox on a computer that doesnt go to the site and it works too.

What it in vboptions > style & anguages > location of clear.gi? And, check your site to make sure the clear.gif is really where you say it is. Check the source code of the pages to see where on your server it is looking for the gif and then make sure it is there.

thanks for the help. clear.gif was where vbulletin said it was but when i went thru the source code it was looking for clear_dot.gif. So I changed the file name and it works now.
