how to fix this

how do i go by fixing this???? when i ban someone it cross out the next user but it don't ban them

As a banned user, you can still log into your account, you will just be notified you are banned and when it will be lifted (if ever). You can change these settings if you are not happy with the default.

I'm assuming they don't keep posting ect and there is no problem apart from the fact they are in the legend?
