Hello how can you ban a certain user from sending PM's?

Hi , just go into his account from the admincp and disable the option for that specific user to send PMs

I think it's "Receive Private Messages" -> yes or no

Isnt that just something a user can change themselfs

AFAIK, the admin has the ultimate decision.

If you turn it off for that user, it doesn't matter what their preference is.

If you turn it on for that user, and he/she doesn't want PM's, they can turn it off.
