Multiple IP Warning hack?

I used to have this mod, it was great. It would auto-post for you in a private forum (or any forum you specify) whenever a member was using/sharing the same IP as another member.

I uninstalled this to troubleshoot, but I cannot find the files to reinstall. I searched vb.org for it already, but couldn't find it (cannot recall title of thread). Anyone have any ideas?

I think it was moved to the graveyard (3.6 mod).

I'd also be interested in getting this, as people try to bypass bans and restrictions a lot =\.
