Requirement:
3.8.x
Might work on 3.7.x (never tested)

Features:

Define the 'rules' inside the AdminCP, on each Forum, on the "Forum Manager"
Able to turn on (or off) only on the forums that you wish to turn it on (or off)...!
Able to set individual 'rules' for each forum, according to what forum you set on the Forum Manager.
Admins able to disable whole hack (Premium Only)
Chossing between displaying rules in a table or fieldset (Premium Only)
Set global rules for all forums except the one's chosen in FORUM MANAGER (Premium Only)
Option to enable mod on selected Style's (Premium Only)
Option to enable agreement, where member can only post if they accept the rules. (Premium Only)
Option to show rules to users with x posts. (Premium Only)
Option to enable/disable rules for users in x usergroup. (Premium Only)





Installation:
1. Import product
2. Edit forums with custom rules in FORUM MANAGER
3. (Optional) Method added in instructions file when you download the mod.

Almost everything that i have in Lite

PLUS

That's nice but nobody is going to buy a mod for an outdated version of Vb that won't work with vb 4.0..... :)

Also donations are much more worthy...... for example if I have to pay... I won't, but if I have the option I will.... :)

Pleaase do not let people you get down, from what I see I like this mod. I will use the free version first and if no errors are present, and the premium version is reasonable I am definitely going to buy.

I tested this on vb4.2.2 and it works fine, just upload the product, no template edits needed.
The author has been afk (Away from keyboard) for a few years.
Many of the premium features can be implemented with a little editing.
