It's not a mod it's a feature of vbulletin, just turn in on in the settings.

To display 'similar threads' on the showthread page...

Enable 'Automatic Similar Thread Search'
Enable "Show Similar Threads?"

i enabled both settings but still i can't see the similar thread in thread page. :(
