Input boxes

Not quite sure what to call them and have seen a mod for it before but I cannot remember the name of it.

What I'm after is a way to modify the way a new thread is created in the for sale section.

So that users are forced to input the tax and test dates for vechiles, via input boxes which is then placed in the thread with the advert.

Have you tried a search yet? I'd search on "form*" or "thread*" in "all mods" "titles only". I know I've seen mods for adding a couple of extra input fields to the new thread form and also mods for creating a form to create a new thread.

The Form mods I've seen here should do what you want. If they don't, then exactly what are they lacking that you need?
