URGENT! TIMEZONE error - very weird

In admincp timezone I set the gmt and running perfect in the board, in the last post in the current time
but the server it self different time, so the daily statistic went wrong
it running as new york time.
new post today: 800, it should come as 0 (as the real time is 00:00)
but now 03:00 AM it still running yeserday 18:00PM
I did rebuild statistic, but error come from my post above, phpinfo date.timezone default is correct, but in index.php?do=phpinfo, still not update

i try to clear cache, but still the same

I actually don't understand the problem.

i'd ask your host, i had a similar issue a year ago, it ended up being the server at fault. ask your host. my issue was a little different my posts and thread times was out of wack.
sorry i can help any more than that.
