'Message to User' autofill?

Hello.

My domain is http://www.evationstudios.com

When giving an infraction, you get taken to the Infraction Page.

Is there any plugin/product or template edit I can use/do to make the 'Message to User' box be filled out automatically?

Even if we need to change a few things, such as name etc.

I have tried looking in templates but not found a thing.

search "infraction*" in "all mods" "titles only" and there should be at least one that may work for you.

Have not found anything. Thanks for the information though. Any other ideas?
