Thread template for new posters

Hi,

To be clear: I'm not referring to graphical templates. I'm talking about something like
1. Problem

2. Solution

3. Extra codeThis would appear in the editor when creating a new thread. Is this possible with vbulletin or are there mods available that could do this?

So what I'm looking for: When a user has less than XXX posts, he get's a little thread-template in this editor when creating a new thread

There is a mod for a Thread Stencil (search "stencil" in "all mods" "titles only"). However, I think you would have to modify it to only show up for users with less than xxx posts.
