Tabs

I'd like to have custom tabs present with each game forum, I'd like to offer 'these' (http://www.gamertagnation.com/members/joseph/) ( About me, Statistics, etc) types of tabs.

Can anyone tell me what type of tabs are used here? and how I would go about creating them ?

I think there are a few mods in the mods forums to add tabs to your site. The tabs on the member.php page are using the yui interface I think.
