Time Errors

I'm not sure how to fix this, but my site's time is messed up.

When it is 10:00 AM EST, the time shows up as 06:00 PM.

All of my members get this error aswell.
Any help?

vB gets it's time from the server. Check to make sure your server time is correct (if you can't, then have your host verify it). Then set the time correctly in vboptions > date and time options and also in your User CP > Edit Options (both of those!).
