BBcode not working properly

In my my website Bb code not working properly
Problem is i can't bold ,change size and color etc...
it's showing problem with my account

Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

my shoutbox shows loading.... it's not working to
This problem only showing in my account
other account working perfectly

If you followed my instructions, then you should be seeing a default vbulletin with no modifications - that means you would not be seeing your shoutbox at all.

If it's only with your account, have you checked your usergroup settings to make sure you are allowed to use bbcode in that area?
