How can do this - Notify users of Contact and Friend requests

I recently installed chat on my forum, It seems like it willbe really coolut it is dependant on the who you have added as friends. I have sent several requests but i dont think these guys know to check their UserCP for requests.

Is the a way to have a pop up show when a friend ship request is made? Maybe pm?

Any ideas?

You should ask this question in the modification thread. They are the ones that know the variables used and would best be able to answer your question.

There is a mod, an article I think made by a staff from here if im not wrong by Princeton, and for a vbulletin 3.6 he made a plugin that will send a pM when somebody added a person to their contacts... you could ask him or search using his name for friendship notification
