However, I would not put just one avatar, but to inform a folder with some avatars and the system chooses one among those who already have that folder.

So you want a random avatar assigned to a user if they don't choose one themselves? (And the same random avatar, or always a different one?) I don't recall seeing one like that. Have you tried a search on "avatar*" in "all mods" "titles only"?

Exactly, I want an avatar always uncertain if a user does not choose one.

I search, but the closest I got was the ZH - No Avatar, however, does not satisfy me completely, as is a set. Like I said, I would like a chance.

If you can code a bit, you could take that mod and then also look at one of the simple random banner mods and modify the code for the no avatar one with some of the code for the random banner one.
