The navbar from indiatalks.in / tech6.com and postbit from yobromofo.com

I love the look of the navbar from www.indiatalks.in as well as www.tech6.com. Would anyone happen to know how this is accomplished? I have the desire to read as much as I can to get it to work; however, I need a point in the right direction to get started if someone wouldn't mind. I'm thinking veenuisthebest used the UKBL Quality Drop Down Menu System (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=203521) but I'm not 100% sure.

One other thing that I saw and just loved was the postbit information from www.yobromofo.com or better yet Shelley_c's (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?u=125355) postbit. I really like how Shelley's is aligned in the center and has the different postbit information in their own separate white boxes.

I'm not sure about the navbar, but there is a modification that shows how to put boxes around items in your postbit. Do a search on "postbit*" in "all mods" "titles only" and you should find it.
