++ What does this hack do?
Normally if you click the button 'show forum leaders' you will see moderators above the administrators.
If you don't like that (like me) and you think YOU should be on top as administrator,
this little template edit is just what you need.

It will display the Administrators on top of showgroups.php/Show Forum Leaders.

Have fun!

Note from the me: I made no modifications to this mod and merely re-releasing since it does work for the 3.7.x and 3.8.x series. This is merely for search purposes for members who were like myself and found it difficult to find this mod since it was located in the older versions of vbulletin (in the 3.5 series).

I take no credit.

Did you get permission from flup to re-release this modification?

No but, he hasn't logged in for a little over a month. If he has any issues, I will remove the thread. But, this "rerelease" is merely for searching purposes. He was credited completely and I didn't take any credit for anything. So I don't see a problem.

Once again, I pm'd him notifying him of this thread so if he has any issues, a moderator or myself can delete it.

Note: if you had noticed, its a complete copy and paste from the original post provided in the original post. Other than my little notification of me not owning the modification.

flup has said he has no problem with the rerelease of this modification, so I'm moving it back into the 3.8 template mod forums.

I'd like to be able to order the position of the lot better.

eg.

Admin
Smod
Mod
retired staff
premium
etc.

But right now they are a wish wash.

so people cant make a thing that allows you to put the usergroups in the order you want, if you have custom ones, say you put the usergroup id in the order you want and it shows up like that

The following quote has it:

I believe the standard vbulletin software puts the forum leaders in alphabetical form, either look into another mod or try to sort through the actual .php yourself. Sorry I am not much help but, I had the same issue. :/

Do the same thing but move the block with $usergroups in it.

You made the thing more complicated than it looks in your text. Basically you just add the

$showgroups above the "<if condition="$moderatorbits"><!-- moderators -->" like below:

$showgroups

<if condition="$moderatorbits">
<!-- moderators -->

Why not just say find and place above it?
