Reputation Bar

Everyone on my board has only one bar and it isn't growing. How do I change the values where the bars are added at a faster rate?

Admin CP> vBulletin Options > User Reputation Options
You can set everything you want in there.

Nevermind I figured it out. Thats not in the acp its a file edit.
