Reduce number of guests in the Who Is Online page

This mod reduces the amount of time before a guest session is determined to be idle, when displaying the Who Is Online page only.

The totals on the home page are not changed (still looking for the right hook!). There are no UI changes.

This helps make the Who Is Online page useful, by reducing the number of users shown to include only logged-in users and guests that have been active within the last five minutes. This should cut down the number of guests listed on that page, since many are bots that only make one request per session.

Do you have hundreds of guests showing up in your Who is Online page?

If so, this mod will reduce that number to a more manageable level, without affecting how logged-in users are displayed.

Because most guests are just bots, and not real users. Why do you care about which page the bots were looking at? Also, the Who is Online page is pretty useless when there are hundreds of guests.
