What's the difference between Thread and a Post functionality.
Does post have limited features such as not able to rate them, move them, stick them etc?

You cannot rate posts in default vb (although I think there is a mod to do this). You can move posts to another thread. You cannot stick posts in a thread.

A thread has 1 or more posts.
A post always belongs to a thread.

I couldn't find a MOD to rate posts (searched for hours).

Sorry but I'm not doing searches while stuck on dial-up. Try terms like "rate*" or "post*" in "all mods" "titles only"
