Can upload animated avatar?

Also, if you try to upload an animated avatar that doesn't meet the size requirements and you are resizing it, it will not be animated after the resize.

Take a look at your postbit_legacy template to see where that is coming from and then remove it. If there is a template hook there, it may be from a plugin, but first check to see if it's just something wrong in your template code (search on "smallfont" in your template).
