You are talking about Visitor Messages? Those are meant to be public, although if you have profile privacty turned on then the user can make it so only his friends/contacts may see the Visitor Messages. If users want to correspond in private, they should use the Private Messaging system.

If members don't want them in google, tell them to use the profile privacy and make them not viewable by unregistered users. Or, you, as the admin, can make the whole profile page not viewable to google.
Other members can only watch the whole conversation if the profile privacy for visitor messages is set to allow all users to view them. The user can set it so only friends can see them. However, they cannot set it so only the user writing the message can see the conversation - as I said above, if the user wants that then they should use PMs.

By making it unviewable to guests you're making it unviewable to Google.

If you want to make the entire profile page not viewable to guests, and therefore not viewable to google any longer (it will take a while to get it off of google though), go to Usergroup Manager > Unregistered / Not Logged In Users > Edit > Can View Member Info > No

Hi Lynne
i was working all night on that but aim still havining some seriues questions.
1) I do realise the the profile is for puplic and members can see what is written there , thats clear for me and also The user can set it so only friends can see them.
this is clear.
But , the main issue of the problem is , google, if i make the entire profile page not viewable to guests, and therefore not viewable to google any longer then tha profile page is not working in other words its not available to the user(s)
No , is there is something which iam doing wrong ?
Is it possible that the profile is viewable for the puplic but not in google.
Thank you again.

If you make it not viewable to google, then it won't be viewable to other Unregister/Not Logged In users. If the user is logged in, then they should still be able to see the member profile pages.

Hi Lynne again
I have some new info about my problem.
I have found out that this problem with the google is done only to one of my uers. I tryied other nicknames but it doent show anything.
Only with that spesific user you can see everything in Google.
If i wrote in google , conversation between ............ and ............ someone can see all.
On the other hand i must say that i have created a new user group fot that user, i dont know is something from the settings are not correct. Any way i have done what you sait , Can View Member Info > No for that specific user group.
any ideas what is wrong ? why only with this user ??

Have you logged out of your site and then tried to view the profile yourself? As I said, changing the option for google not to see profiles will not be immediate. It will take a while for the pages to not be listed in google any longer.

Yes i did , even though that is logings me automatically , ia tried that from another computer and it can be found.
The only hope is that the date was 25/7 and that was tried yesterday.
Note that i ahev change the settings on the 25th of july.
What about , why only one user and not all ??

I'm not talking about whether you can find it in google. I mean, if you log out of your site and are just a guest, can you view this person's profile? If you can't, then google can no longer view it either.

Hi ,
No i cant , but in google gives you the option to save this page temporarily,.If you do that , then you can see the dialogs.
Otherwise no , you cant see them

Google indexes web pages, and caches them. So yes, Google will still display the conversations for a time period because it has to re-index your site, which is when it will notice that it can't see that page so it can't index it.
