VBulletin has an almost infinite amount of tiny tick boxes in the permissions editor, down to things like seeing Social Group discussions, some more useful than others. I think it would be a HIGHLY useful feature to be able to edit permissions for each usergroup to either be able to enter a value in the profile field or not be able to. It would open up lots of possibilities for template edits and addons.
