Is DST enabled? If it is, it should show fine for guests. Remember, DST has to be set manually in the correct timezone for registered users.

If your time is correct when DST is enabled, maybe you have the wrong timezone to begin with?

on this forum , my timezone is set to -7 and DST enable but if i look down on the footer i see "All times are GMT -6. The time now is 12:20" i copy it and paste it and the time it is correct

GMT-7 + 1hour-DST = GMT-6

NOTE: Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is the same all year around , there is any way that i can keep my GMT at -7 without touch the actual time ?

If your time currently is GMT-7 (with DST), then you are living in the GMT-8 timezone with currently DST active.
