Post Count for User from specific forums

Hi I'm trying to find a users post count from multiple forms and have it displayed somewhere
Is there a hack for this already or how would I go about doing this?

I'm not sure what you're asking. You want to find the total post count of a user from specific forums (not all) and display the post count somewhere?

here is what I need:

we have 4 forums which are "sale forums" so I would want "Total Posts in Sale Forums" which would be only the posts that were posted in the 4 sales forums based on user.

so If I I clicked on the user it could so the "Total Posts in Sale Forums" somewhere or I could put it below the total forum posts on the statistics section.

example:

User:
Posts: 2000 (<---- total posts in all forums)
Sales Posts: 1500 (<----total sales forums only posts)

There is no postcount kept per user/forum, so without creating a modifiction to at least store these postcounts, this can not be done.
