Help Plz

we have a big problem in our forum.

the problem is :- if select any person as moderator fo our forum and i confirm him as a moderator after this operation he is a moderator.

but after 1 hour or 2 /1 day / moderator is came back automaticly as a register user:(

I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM
PLEASE HELP US FOR RESOLVE THE PROBLEM ....

What modifications do you have installed? Do any of these relate to usergroups at all? I've not encountered this problem before, so I can only clutch at straws.

It sounds like you have a 'promotion' going that is moving them back to moderator. Or, some other script is doing it. Have you looked at your promotions? Have you looked at your admin logs to see when it is getting done and perhaps by what script?
