Social Groups List (links) On Forum Home

I want to increase the use of my social forums i have one for each state , i want to add them to the main forum index , but when building them using vbulletins default forum manager and making them links it shows NEVER and 0 posts and 0 Threads ,,,well Duh!! this isnt a forum its links !

So i need a way to show 50+ social groups (as links) on the forum home and make it match the rest of the forums .

Have you looked at this mod - Social Group (Sub-)Forum List (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=210037) ? It may do what you want, or with a little bit of changing do what you want.
