Moderator Not Able To Physically Remove Post/Topics

I need to block the mods from Physically removing post or topics, only leaving the soft delete to them

Admins should keep the Physically remove option.

Any hint?

ACP > Forums and Moderators > Show all Moderators >
You will see a list of moderators, and the forums they moderate...click "Edit" by the required forum...then "Can Physically delete posts" > NO
