Ajax Chat dropping users

My Ajax Chat randomly logs users out. Like a dropped call or something.

Does anyone else have this difficulty or a solution?

I'm not sure what kind of information to add. All of this was downloaded yesterday, including vbulletin, so I'm fairly sure I have the latest releases.
