i want to install all Games

i have 1000 *.tar games

but i get this Erorr

i have last v of ibProArcade

It could be because you're trying to install too many games at once and the server cannot handle it - but it is more likely to be because one of the tar files you're trying to install is corrupt (either the archive is faulty or it hasn't fully uploaded onto the server).

Try installing x amount of games at a time until the error appears then you can narrow down where the fault is.
