Hello,
It says in vborg rules that it is a PG-13 rated site;
How do you put this up on a site ?

What do you mean? I don't quite understand what you're trying to say.

PG-13 originates from teh american movie industry and sets a rating for movies suitable for children. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PG13#The_addition_of_the_PG-13_rating
On a website this indicates that the site should be suitable for minors under the age of 13 with Parental Guidence and over 13 without guidence. To implement such a rating we don't allow any nudity or violence on our forums.

I think they're asking how you enforce it.

Should not be something in between the headers ?

There is no "parental guidance rating" tag. It is merely enforced through moderation of the site.

You can rate your own site with PICS. Not sure what browsers outside of Internet Explorer supports it though.
