Not impressed

I came here today wanting to find out some information, but to my surprise, I have to be a licensed vBulletin user in order to post. That's rediculous. I'm a mod on a forum that uses vBulletin and have come here with an idea which I now cannot share because of your posting rules.
Anyway, I'm going to post it here in hopes that some one out there will be able to help me. I'm sorry that it's in the WRONG section, unfortunately I have no choice in the matter.

This is a website for licensed vBulletin customers (as you have said yourself). Your administrator (or the person who owns the license) can post on this site if they need assistance. Also, the license owner can place your email address on their support list (in the vBulletin Members Area), which will allow access to the site.
