Forum delay

I am an admin on our forum (http://www.msmudclub.com) and the users have started complaining about how slow our site is. I have checked our hosting company (GoDaddy.com ugg) and our bandwidth isn't near maxed, nor are any processes running that should cause such a slowdown, and we have plenty of disk space available. I am running 4 products: CYB - Chatbox, No Spam!, Automatic Welcome PM, and Censor Replacements. It is taking a while for our site to load after logging in, and after posting in the forums and in the chatbox.

Can someone give me some insight as to where I can look to see what can be causing the slowness? I am running VBull version 3.8.2, and all my products are up to date.
