Moderators House

I have created in my forum a placed called Moderators house which only Moderators and Admins can have access there to discuse diffeernt matters about the forum.

How can i prevent the other users to have access there ?

You edit the forum permissions.

I have one, every forum needs a place like that. Go to forum permissions and on the forum that you have created that you want hidden click on deny all. Then edit the permissions of the people that you want to have access. That is one way to do it.
