Private message upon registration

I was wondering if there was a mod that would pm members when they joined, like a welcome message or something. Does anyone know of something or some way to do this?

ACP -> vBulletin Options -> Options -> User Registration Options -> Welcome Private Message -> Enter username it will be sent from
