PM box missing

PM box seems to be gone, you can go to the PM page but can not see a way to PM, lol any ideas as to what the problem may be?

Could be a template/style issue. Or have you disabled PM's? Check your UserCP --> Edit Options

seems to be fixed, ??? not sure how though, if I find out I will post up reason, thanks for help anyhow
