How to edit the welcome-text?

Hello, I ask again: HOW to delete/edit the welcome-text as unregistred users can see when they visit index?

It is'nt in the Phrases-manager. Where? Any file?

Yes it's a phrase.

Go to Phrases in AdminCP and search for phrase "first_visit_message".

Then you can edit it.

I've always found it better to use notices. I removed the guest message from my template and used a persistant notice to encourage more users to register. It's proved satisfactory so far.
