Try this -
Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default vBulletin
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - now do those functions work?

No those functions stel arent working.
i think that the problem is in vB options, but i cant fix it.

so maiby you know how to fix it?

Those are ajax functions. Have you turned off ajax in your forums?

Now i Enable the Axax and its working.
