With only one look, my first suggestion would be please work on one nice, fitting design and give your website its own look it deserves. Right now all of your designs are either skechy or with images forced in from what I saw. Also, it's debated that so many forums for a premature website may be a bit detrimental towards its activity.

Also, why not do things like work on your classifieds section to make it more in-depth, offer a place where member scan shot off their pics or something? Not sure how else to promote this niche but i'm sure there's a number of ways.
