Pulling threads from my forum

Just curiuos if anyone knows how to pull threads from a forum into a hmtl site, i wanted to just have the latest posts showing what was happening on the forum and wasn't even sure if that is possible

all of those look like they just go to php pages, was trying to put into a html page
