Hello, i had a guy from vbseo to take a look at it, and it was that my "Website ID"was wrong.
So make shure it's the right number from the adress in the adressbar when visiting the settings page in analytics.

I dont think can be that because worked 3 days and after stopped, so is impossible that if the Website ID was wrong, worked for 3 days.
And all people set the website id wrong?...

Hello all,
Google keeps performing updates on its API, and as a consequence the livestats plugin breaks itself. Our lead developer has just updated the product with a new fix for this, so you may want to give it a try to this new version.
Please don't hesitate to let us know if further problems arise.

unluck my site give this and still no working whole site if installed this plug in.
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method vB_Template::fetch_template_raw() in /home/username/public_html/forums/includes/init.php(304) : eval()'d code on line 219
uninstalled again.
This is a vb4 function, but it looks like you are running vb3.
If you have uploaded vb4 files to the server at one point, this is like the issue. You should remove those. Our products look for vb4-seopcific folders when importing the plugin to determine if it should run as vb3 or as vb4.

i dont think so..... i just upgraded... same error... i have no vb4 files near my server. never ( i donno for sure if the other sites on my server has vb4 lol) .. so fault may be ur vb4 codes interfering... as i think u have one product xml for both vb3 n vb4.....

You just need to import xml file, no uploading of files is needed as there are no files to be uploaded.

1. At the official vbseo-download-website is still only the 1.1 version available. I find the 1.1.2 only here at vb.org
2. To get the correct web-id , you have to switch to old style at google analytics to see this url https://www.google.com/analytics/settings/profile_summary?id=xxxxx
3. How ever, i installed it at vb4.1.10 and it dont work. Everytime the stats-page opens with a login-screen.

I had problem with: URL Prefix (optional) and URL Postfix (optional). In my case they need to be empty. Check if you have something there and if do, delete it.

Yeah, this has stopped working for many months and the vBSEO team appears to be largely AWOL on this issue. Repeated requests for support on vBSEO.com reveal that they are only working on the next version of vBSEO, and will only address the LiveStats plug-in after the new version is released -- whenever that may be.
Does anyone know if there's a way we can troubleshoot what's wrong here and figure out a work-around or a patch?
