Fieldset code with ICash?

I've just installed the ICash, and it automatically added two lines to my postbit. I want to put them into a fieldlist code, but how?? Let me show you these screenshots.

Gold and Donate are the lines I've been trying to add to field. I tried to do it from 'postbit_legacy' but it won't happen. There are no codes about ICash in postbit_legacy...

So I took a screenshot from Plug-in Manager. Here's the ICash Postbit Options:

The "</fieldlist>" code must be placed after "Donate</a>"
but, where will be "<fieldlist>" code placed? I tried almost every place, but it just won't accept the code. Please help me. :(
